What to expect in and from an emotion or body code session
This work tends to be easy and fast-paced. The beauty in this is that we don’t need to discuss actual memories and issues. During the session, I may ask if you have a memory of something, but I do not need to hear about it. You can share if you like, but this takes time from removing trapped emotions and from your session. I prefer to quickly move thru the process and remove the logjams keeping you from feeling better. This is energy work, not talk therapy; we can do that in another session if you like.
To best prepare I ask that you come up with two of your most pressing issues for the session. Issues can be in mind, body or spirit. If you can come to the session hydrated, this can help. I will ask about the intensity of your issue on a scale from 1-10, 10 being the most terrible and 1 being pretty awesome. This helps me and encourages you as you feel better.
During the session, try to pay attention to how your body is feeling and how you are doing.
I use muscle testing and magnets and emotion charts and intuition to help you remove emotions and energetic imbalances you don’t need in your biofield. If you are curious about how sessions look, please look up Dr. Bradley Nelson and emotion code sessions on YouTube and watch them. You can also pick up the Emotion Code book and check it out. You can do it yourself, too.
After the session, take care of yourself. Act as if you are recovering from a mild cold. Have soup, tea, rest if you can. Journal if you feel led. Energy work, while it seems like little is happening, can make you feel weak and tired for a few hours. Some issues act up a bit before they get better.
